Ivory Beauty LLC operates GizmoDealz.com (“GizmoDealz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Notice explains how we handle information when you browse deal content, register for communications, contact support, submit an opt-out request, or otherwise use the site.

Important SMS privacy commitment: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code, selected deal interests, support messages, communication preferences, and records showing whether and when you opted in to or opted out of SMS communications.

Technical information. Our server may receive information such as IP address, browser/device information, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps. Essential session functionality is used to protect forms and maintain security.

The registration forms do not request payment-card information, Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide requested deal updates, personalize categories of interest, respond to questions, provide customer support, administer and secure the website, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain consent and opt-out records, comply with law, and send communications you request or consent to receive.

If you affirmatively opt in to the GizmoDealz SMS program, we may send recurring marketing, gadget and electronics deal alerts, price-drop alerts, product discoveries, coupons and promotional offers, request follow-up, customer-care, and account/service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Third-party deal feeds and retailers

GizmoDealz currently displays electronics deal content supplied through public DealNews RSS feeds. Feed content may include images or other resources loaded from DealNews, which can cause DealNews to receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request details. When you click a deal link, you leave GizmoDealz and may visit DealNews and/or a third-party retailer. Those third parties may receive ordinary information associated with your visit and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. GizmoDealz does not send your mobile number or SMS opt-in record as part of an ordinary deal click. Affiliate or additional retailer feeds may be added later, and this Notice should be updated if that materially changes our data practices.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate hosting, email/SMS delivery, customer support, security, data storage, and other requested services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and similar technology

The packaged GizmoDealz build uses essential session functionality for form security and does not include third-party advertising pixels. Deal publishers, affiliate networks if later added, or retailers may use their own tracking after you follow an outbound link. If we later add analytics, advertising pixels, or additional tracking technologies to GizmoDealz pages, this Notice should be updated and legally required choices should be provided.

6. Your communication choices

Text messages: You may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a GizmoDealz text, using our Opt Out page, or emailing support@gizmodealz.com.

Email: You may ask us to stop promotional email using any unsubscribe method included in the email or by contacting support.

Access, correction, and deletion: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

7. Consent and opt-out records

To document messaging preferences, our systems may retain the SMS consent state, the version and exact text of the consent disclosure shown, submission timestamp, IP address, user agent, referring/source URL, and related registration information. We may retain opt-out records so suppression preferences can be honored.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining consent and opt-out records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children

GizmoDealz is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18 through the registration service.

10. Changes

We may update this Notice as our services, data practices, affiliate relationships, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
