These Terms govern your use of GizmoDealz.com, operated by Ivory Beauty LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. GizmoDealz service

GizmoDealz is a product-discovery and deals information service. We may display gadget, electronics, accessory, coupon, price, availability, and promotional information supplied by third-party deal publishers, retailers, public feeds, and—if added later—affiliate networks. GizmoDealz is not the seller, merchant of record, payment processor, shipper, manufacturer, or warrantor for products featured through outbound links.

2. Prices, availability, and third-party purchases

Prices, discounts, inventory, shipping, taxes, product specifications, warranties, and promotions are controlled by third-party retailers and can change without notice. The retailer's page and checkout terms control the actual transaction. Always confirm the final price and product details before purchasing.

3. Third-party deal sources and links

GizmoDealz currently displays electronics deal content from the public DealNews RSS feeds and preserves the feed links as published. Some outbound links may lead first to a deal publisher and then to a retailer. Affiliate links may also be added in the future and, if used, may result in compensation to GizmoDealz at no added cost to you. Third-party publishers and retailers remain responsible for their own content, products, checkout, fulfillment, returns, and customer service.

4. SMS terms

SMS enrollment is optional and requires affirmative consent through an unchecked checkbox or another valid consent mechanism. If you opt in, you authorize recurring marketing, gadget and electronics deal alerts, price-drop alerts, product discoveries, coupons and promotional offers, request follow-up, customer-care, and account/service text messages from GizmoDealz.com / Ivory Beauty LLC at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving deal information.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to consent. Reply STOP to a GizmoDealz text to opt out or HELP for help. You may also use our Opt Out page or email support@gizmodealz.com. A one-time confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Notice.

5. Email communications

Deal-alert registration requests email gadget/deal updates. Promotional email may include an unsubscribe method, and you may contact support to request that promotional email stop.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, scrape the service in a way that disrupts operation, or use GizmoDealz to violate law.

7. Disclaimers

The site and deal information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, product availability, pricing accuracy, merchant performance, particular savings, or suitability for a specific purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivory Beauty LLC and GizmoDealz are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or third-party purchases. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

GizmoDealz branding, site design, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Ivory Beauty LLC. Product names, images, trademarks, retailer content, and third-party deal-feed content belong to their respective owners and may be displayed under the applicable feed or content-use terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service, deal sources, affiliate relationships, or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
